Primary: Spectral Blade w/Siphoning Blade - ( Hitting multiple targets is the way for quick regen of Arcane Power and Health since i run with Life on Hit, Double Wammy )
( Every enemy hit grants 1 arcane power )
Defensive: Frost Nova w/Deep Freeze ( I use this rune till i have gathered some more crit... then i will switch to Bone Chill since mobs will be perma frozen )
( If Nova hits 5 targets you gain 15% increase crit for 12 seconds )
Defensive: Diamond Skin w/Crystal Shell ( The more damage reduction the better )
( Increases the maximum amount absorbed from 10853 to 21707 )
Force: Energy Twister w/Wicked Wind ( Twisters nolonger travel but spins in place dealing 252% weapon damage as arcane over 6 seconds, its a must have... cant have those winds running wild, need to stay where i put em )
Force: Hydra w/Venom Hydra ( This is also a must have since youll be tanking in 1 spot most of the time )
( Poison breathing Hydra that leaves a pool of acid doing 18% weapon damage to enemies who remain in the pool )
Conjuration: Energy Armor w/Prismatic Armor ( I use this because i lack some resist gear but once i reach 800 allres unbuffed i will probably use Energy Tap or Pinpoint Barrier... hard choise, think all the runes are good )
( Increases all resistance by 40% while Energy Armor is active )
Critical Mass - Critical hits will reduce your cooldowns with 1 second.
Blur - Decreases melee damage by 20%.
Evocation - Red
